Press the deposit payment button to start using the service. However, the customer can continue to use the deposit as a discount on that service.

Work that must be surveyed on site first. It is necessary to visit the work site by a team of contractors, so that the contractors’ team understands the needs of customers, give advice and offer prices to customers accurately and correctly.
In estimating the price, why do I have to send a picture of the work site to Beaverman first?+
Sending pictures will be able to evaluate the performance and price more accurately. Including providing equipment that is most suitable for the work site, this allows customers to receive the most appropriate service and meet their needs.
Is the appraised price a net price?+
Estimated price is an estimated price calculated from statistics in the platform so that customers can set a budget to prevent budget escalation Therefore, the appraisal price is not the net price in the contract.
Can the customer pay with the contractor’s team at the work site or not?+
If the customer has an agreement with the contractors’ team himself without going through the company, the company reserves the right to take responsibility and problems that will occur in that work and would like to cancel the warranty for that work in all cases.
Can you issue a tax invoice?+
Yes, the person responsible for issuing a full tax invoice is a team of contractors registered as a juristic person whereby the company cannot issue a tax invoice to the buyer because the company is not the person who goes to provide services to customers at the work in case the customer is unable to contact the contractors' team, the customer can contact us at Customer Service Call 1391.
In case you can't pay through the platform by yourself?+
Customers can contact the staff in 2 channels are Line: @beaverman, call customer service 1391 to notify the staff, the staff will send a QR code or payment link to the customer through the aforementioned channels to confirm the use of that service.
Do I have to pay before the contractors' team comes to provide service or not?+
Payment must be made before the contractors' team comes to provide service every time but the company will pay the contractors only after the customer has accepted the service.
How are contractors/technicians on the Beaverman platform different from regular technicians?+
Contractor/technician everyone must go through background checks, construction sites and identity verification documents there is a criminal background check and the contractor/technician must operate under the regulations according to the company's operation department, which are inspected all the time to ensure every construction work.
Why do I have to send pictures of the work site to Beaverman first?+
Taking pictures and sending photos of the problems at the work site to the company is a preliminary step that will deliver the highest benefits to the customers, improve efficiency in estimating prices with standards and be able to find contractors/technicians that are suitable for on-site problems correctly and appropriately.
What is an additional work?+
Work outside the scope of work that was announced in the quotation or agreement that was initially agreed upon, which can occur both from work that is related to the work in the first part or caused by a work that is not related to the first work but it is a work that occur from the additional need of the customer to have the contractor perform additional tasks besides the quotation, which the contractor/technician will not be able to perform additional tasks until receiving confirmation of additional work from the company's operations department only.
